Request a refund or cancel a service with a few simple steps.

  1. Submit a Cancellation Request:

    • Go to Services > My Services.

    • Select the service you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.

    • Provide a reason and choose the cancellation type (Immediate or End of Billing Cycle).

  2. Request a Refund:

    • Refund eligibility is based on our refund policy (14-day refund period).

    • Open a support ticket through Support > Open Ticket to request a refund.

  3. Confirmation:

    • Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation or refund status.

Note: Refunds are processed according to the Infinitek Solutions Refund Policy.
