Request a refund or cancel a service with a few simple steps.

Submit a Cancellation Request:

Go to Services > My Services.

Select the service you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.

Provide a reason and choose the cancellation type (Immediate or End of Billing Cycle).

Request a Refund:

Refund eligibility is based on our refund policy (14-day refund period).

Open a support ticket through Support > Open Ticket to request a refund.

Confirmation:

Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation or refund status.
