Renewing and Managing Domain Expirations

Keep your domain active by managing its renewal and expiration settings.

Steps to Renew a Domain:

1. Login to the Client Portal:
   • Go to “Domains” > “My Domains.”
2. Select the Domain:
   • Click “Renew” next to the domain you want to renew.
3. Complete Payment:
   • Choose the renewal period (1 year, 2 years, etc.) and proceed with payment.
4. Verify Renewal:
   • You will receive an email confirmation when the renewal is successful.

Setting Up Auto-Renewal:

1. Enable Auto-Renewal:
   • In the domain management section, toggle “Auto-Renew” to ON.
2. Ensure Payment Details Are Updated:
   • Make sure your billing information is up to date to avoid failed renewals.

Tips to Avoid Expiration:

• Renew your domain before the expiration date.
• Check email reminders sent by us about upcoming renewals.
