The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into the client portal.
Dashboard Sections:
- Welcome Message:
- A quick overview of your account status.
- Active Services:
- Displays your active services (e.g., hosting accounts, VPS servers).
- Click “Manage” to view details or make changes.
- Invoices:
- Shows unpaid, paid, and overdue invoices.
- Use the “Pay Now” button for quick payments.
- Support Tickets:
- View open, answered, or closed tickets.
- Click “Open New Ticket” to request assistance.
- Announcements:
- Check for news, updates, or service maintenance schedules.
