The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into the client portal.

Dashboard Sections:

  1. Welcome Message:
    • A quick overview of your account status.
  2. Active Services:
    • Displays your active services (e.g., hosting accounts, VPS servers).
    • Click “Manage” to view details or make changes.
  3. Invoices:
    • Shows unpaid, paid, and overdue invoices.
    • Use the “Pay Now” button for quick payments.
  4. Support Tickets:
    • View open, answered, or closed tickets.
    • Click “Open New Ticket” to request assistance.
  5. Announcements:
    • Check for news, updates, or service maintenance schedules.
