Steps to Open a Support Ticket:
- Navigate to Support:
- Go to the support section in the left sidebar and then click tickets.
- Select Open New Ticket:
- Choose the department related to your issue (e.g., Billing, Technical Support).
- Fill in the Details:
- Enter a descriptive subject.
- Write your query or issue in the message box. Attach screenshots if necessary.
- Submit the Ticket:
- Click “Submit.” You will receive a confirmation email.
- Track Your Ticket:
- Visit the “Support Tickets” section to view replies or add more details.
